Apple Dapple Cake
This is my husband's new favorite cake. Absolutely delicious.

| 1 cupCanola Oil |
| 2 cupsugar |
| 2 tspvanilla |
| 3 Eggs |
| 3 cupsapple; peeled and coursley chopped |
| 1 cuppecans; (optional) |
| 3 cupsself rising flour; sifted |
| SAUCE TOPPING |
| 1 stickmargarine |
| 1 cupBrown sugar |
| 1/4 cupmilk |
Apple Dapple Cake Preparation
Mix oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs, pecans and apples.
Sift and add flour.
Bake in greased tub pan @ 350(F) degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Mix ingredients for sauce topping and cook on stove top for 3 minutes. Pour prepared sauce topping over hot cake and let remain in pan for 2 hours.
Remove from pan, sauce side up.
