| 1 package (6 oz.)Stuffing Mix for Chicken |
| 1-1/2 poundboneless skinless chicken breasts; cut into bite-size pieces |
| 1 can (10-3/4 oz.)condensed cream of chicken soup |
| 1/3 cupSour Cream |
| 1 package (16 oz.)frozen mixed vegetables; thawed, drained |
Easy Chicken Bake Preparation
HEAT oven to 400ºF.
PREPARE stuffing as directed on package.
MIX remaining ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with stuffing.
BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done.
Notes
I put shredded cheese in the mixture and shredded cheese on top of the stuffing and let the casserole cook an extra 5-7 minutes so that the stuffing ends up being a little "crunchy"
