All pit plums and place them in a preserving pan.
Sprinkle Gelsuc and let macerate for 20 minutes then add the star anise.
Place the pan on the stove and cook the jam. Once it begins to be a rolling boil, count 7 minutes then remove the star anise.
Put boiled in pots, close and return to sterilize the lids.
