Original recipe makes 6
1 1/2 lbGround turkey
Ground
Chopped
1/2 mdOnion; finely chopped
1/4 cSkim milk; or chicken
Egg white; slightly Beaten
1/4 tsBlack pepper; freshly
1/4 cFresh parsley; minced
1 tbBell pepper; finely
10 mlGarlic; crushed
Vegetable stock
stalkCelery; finely chopped
1/4 tsDried oregano; crushed
1/2 cWhole-wheat bread crumbs; Toasted
Chopped

Baked Turkey Loaf (Lf) Preparation

Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not overmix. Press the mixture into a 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
