Ingredients

2 Eggs; beaten
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded
1/4 ts Black pepper
30 oz Tomato sauce; seasoned
15 oz Ricotta cheese; part skim
2 tb Fresh parsley; minced
16 oz Pasta; cooked and drained

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. In another bowl, thorou ghly combine cooked pasta and sauce. Place half the pasta mixture in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Evenly top with cheese mixture and remaining pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 35-40 mi nutes or until bubbly. Coming from an Italian girl, this is a really good recipe. Make sure you salt your water well when cooking the pasta and taste your cheese mix in case it needs salt. I also use penne rigate instead of ziti cuts. Delicious!

Very bland. I changed almost everything.

Great recipe! I added Italian sausage and 1/2lb of ground beef seasoned with garlic salt and basil to the sauce then mixed it in with the pasta. Fuego!!

A little bland. Next time, I will add garlic salt and maybe some onion.

Easy and delicious! I used crushed tomatoes instead of tomato sauce, which worked fine.
