Baked Ziti with Three Cheeses
Original recipe makes 3 Servings
| 1/4 tsBlack pepper |
| 1/4 cChopped parsley |
| 6 ozZiti |
| 1/4 cParmesan cheese |
| 8 ozMozzarella cheese -- |
| 1 Clove garlic -- minced |
| 15 ozRicotta cheese |
| pnGround nutmeg |
| 1 Egg -- lightly beaten |
| Shredded |
Baked Ziti with Three Cheeses Preparation
Cook pasta following package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 2-quart casserole. In lg bowl, blend ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, parsley, garlic, pepper & nutmeg; stir in ziti. Spoon into prepared casserole & sprinkle with remaining mozzarella & Parmesan. Bake until top is golden, about 30 min. Makes 8 servings. (The way my family eats it does not make 8 servings!!)
