Quick meal to throw together! Got this from my mom (guessing it came from a Veg-All recipe).

Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 canVeg-All; mixed vegetables
2 canscream of potato soup
2 cupscooked chicken; diced
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 teaspoonthyme; (more is not better!)
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1 packagepie crusts; (for top and bottom)

Mom's Chicken Pot Pie Preparation

Deep dish pie crust (for both top and bottom).

Mix all ingredients. Pour into one pie shell and top wtih the other. Slit the top crust for ventilation.

Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. (I put my pie plate on a cookie sheet covered with foil to avoid spill and easy clean up).
