Suggest a better descriptionHeat seitan, oil and spices over medium heat, 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add the flour and water and heat 2 minutes longer. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta. This next recipe is from The Lowfat Jewish Vegetarian Cookbook by Debra Wasserman. It is similar to the previous recipe, but I havent tried this one.
