Mom's Baked Mac 'N Cheese Preparation
Drain and rinse Macaroni Noodles, set to the side.
Whisk eggs then add butter and milk.
Mix the sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and bacon in a bowl.
Lightly spray your 9x11 pan or 2.6 L casserole dish with oil.
Add a layer of Macaroni, salt and pepper the noodles then add a layer of the cheese mixture. Continue layering in this fashion until all noodles are gone. The top layer should be cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the top using all of the mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes until lightly brown and bubbly.
