2 3/4 c Flour
1/2 c milk
2 tb Cornstarch
4 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs; Beaten
1 ts Baking Powder
1 ts Salt
2 1/4 lb Prawn shrimp; (peeled & deveined

Original recipe makes 1



Blend milk, 3/4 cup flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, eggs & 2 Tbls. oil into a smooth batter. Heat remaining oil to 375. Dip shrimp into remaining flour, then into batter. Cook in oil 2 1/2-3 minutes. Serve hot. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
