2 cupsZuchini; chopped then blend
1/4 cupOlive oil
2 tspCumin powder
2 tspSea Salt
3/4 cupSesame tahini
3-4 clovesGarlic
1/2 cupLemon juice

Zuchini Humus Preparation

Clean and chop zuchini and blend in Vita mix, the addthe rest of the ingredients and blend.
