1/4 cSherry
2 Minced garlic cloves
4 Halibut steaks
1/2 cLow sodium soy

Teriyaki Grilled Halibut Preparation

In shallow baking dish combine soy, garlic, sherry & honey. Marinate fish for 30 minutes each side. Place fish in oiled grill basket. Grill 5 minutes, turn & baste with marinade. Grill another 5 minutes. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
