Barbara's Bragg Creek Bread Preparation
Place all ingredients in bread pan after spraying with canold oil spray. Be sure paddles are in place and tight.
After yeast is added wait for the add beepand then add the seeds and the raisins. When bread is done, remove from machine and let sit for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Put hot water in bread pan with paddles and cover the bread with a tea towel and let it cool.
We have to freeze half of ours in a ZipLoc as it takes us a couple of days to eat half.
I grind my own grain. I use whole wheat and edible rye which we really like. It is very crunchy, when you taste it you know its good for you.
I use coconut oil now instead of vegetable. It is sweetened with honey and then there are all those seeds etc.
IT IS THE BEST!!
