Creamy Italian seasoned chicken over some simple pasta
1. Melt butter in crockpot, add Italian dressing seasoning. Add chicken. Cook on high 1 hour.
2. Switch to low, cook for 2 1/2 hours.
3. In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and can of milk (use the now empty can of soup to measure and pour milk). Pour over chicken and cook 30 more minutes. Shred chicken.
4. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta.
I like the butter/chicken/seasoning in step 1 to be just on the verge of burned. The darker the color, the stronger the flavor!
