Macaroni mixed with shredded cheddar, parmesan, cottage cheese, and sour cream, then topped with bread crumbs and baked!! DELICIOUS!!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until done.
2. In a 9x13 pan, stir together macaroni, shredded Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and milk.
3. In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of macaroni mixture.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until top is golden.
May need more milk if it gets too dry.
