| 1/4 cApple cider vinegar |
| 1 tbDijon mustard |
| 1 tbFresh garlic; minced |
| 1/4 cWater |
| 1 tbFresh parsley; minced |
| 1/4 cBalsamic vinegar |
| 2 tbolive oil |
Balsamic Vinaigrette Preparation
Whisk together vinegars, water, mustard, garlic, oil and parsley in small bowl. Yield: About 1 cup.
