1/4 c Equal; (sugar substitute)
1/4 c Cup brown sugar
2 c Self raising; wholemeal
4 Ripe bananas
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon
1 cn (425g) of blueberries;
1/4 c Raisins; (optional)

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Mash bananas, sugars and vanilla together. Add remaining ingredients (blueberries last). Pour into sprayed loaf tin and bake for at least one hour at 160 degrees C or 320 degrees F.
