| 2 lbsLarge shrimp; Peeled and deveined |
| 3 tbspChopped garlic |
| 1/2 cupExtra virgin olive oil |
| 4 tbspLemon juice |
| 2 tspSalt |
| 1 tbspRed pepper flakes |
| 1/4 cupTomatoes; Chopped, fresh |
| 1/4 cupWhite wine |
| 3 tbspChopped parsley |
Baked Shrimp Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Chop garlic, tomatoes and parsley. In an oven-safe saute pan, add all of the ingredients together and make sure the shrimp is evenly mixed into the rest of the ingredients.
Bake for 10 minutes.
