Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 lbsLarge shrimp; Peeled and deveined
3 tbspChopped garlic
1/2 cupExtra virgin olive oil
4 tbspLemon juice
2 tspSalt
1 tbspRed pepper flakes
1/4 cupTomatoes; Chopped, fresh
1/4 cupWhite wine
3 tbspChopped parsley

Baked Shrimp Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Chop garlic, tomatoes and parsley. In an oven-safe saute pan, add all of the ingredients together and make sure the shrimp is evenly mixed into the rest of the ingredients.

Bake for 10 minutes.
