2 tbWheat germ; 3 T
1/4 cWater; 1/4 cup plus 1T
1/2 tsNutmeg; 3/4 tsp
3/4 cBanana; 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp, mashed
1 1/4 tsActive dry yeast
1 tbSugar; 1 1/2T
2 tbPowdered milk; 3 T
1/2 cSour cream; 3/4 cup, or plain yogurt
1/2 cRaisins; 3/4 cup, or chopped nuts
1 tbVegetable oil; 1 1/2 T
