Banana Cake
Original recipe makes 1
| 1 tsSalt |
| 3 Eggs |
| 2 bananas; ripe, mashed |
| 1 tbVanilla |
| 1/3 cPowdered sugar |
| 1 1/2 cVegetable oil |
| Lemon juice |
| 1 tsBaking soda |
| 3 cPlain flour |
| 1 sm cancrushed pineapple |
| 3 cSugar |
Banana Cake Preparation
Beat all ingredients together 4 minutes. Cook 1 hour in greased and floured tube pan at 350 F. Glaze with 1/3 cup powdered sugar and add enough lemon juice for right consistency to spread NOTE: Makes a really moist cake.
