Banana Chocolate Milkshake Preparation
In blender container, pour milk. Add cocoa. Cover, blend on low speed until well mixed. Add sugar substitute, vanilla and banana. Cover; blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending until thick. Serve immediately. Makes 2 12-ounce servings. Nutritional information per serving: calories - 140, protein - 6 gm., fat - 1 gm., carbohydrates - 27 gm., cholesterol - <5 mg., calcium - 165 mg., sodium - 65 mg.
