Sticky Buns Preparation
Mix dry ingredients with eggs, oil, and milk and stir well. I use my mixer. If you use large eggs, you may want to use a little extra flour. Spray a sheet of waxed paper about 20" long with Pam. Scoop dough onto waxed paper into a rectangle about 14x20". Drizzle melted butter over all sprinkle generously with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Lift long side of waxed paper and dough will start to roll over (yes, this really works IF you spray the waxed paper well). Cut or scoop the dough into 12 large greased muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes. If using dark pans, I reduce the temperature to 350. Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting after cooling somewhat.
Notes
These are delicious warm, or reheated in microwave, or barely defrosted.
