Jordan's Hard Rockin' Spare Ribs Preparation
Cut apart ribs, and place in large oiled (vegetable oil) skillet. Brown ribs on stove top on all sides, then cover and heat on low heat for 45 minutes. While ribs are heating, chop onion and chop mushrooms, then combine chopped onions, chopped mushrooms and chopped garlic in bowl and set aside. Upon completion of 45 minute heating period on stove top, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set ribs in glass oven safe casserole dish. Pour drippings from skillet into mushroom, onion and garlic mixture and set off to the side. Now, lightly sprinkle ribs with Lawry's seasoned salt and onion powder. Now, stir mushroom, onion and garlic mixture well, to blend ingredients. Pour mixture over ribs in casserole dish. Place ribs into oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove ribs from oven and brush thin layer of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue sauce over top of all ribs. Place ribs back in oven for 15 more minutes. After 15 minutes, remove from oven, and enjoy! :)
***BE SURE, THAT WHEN COVERING LEFTOVERS, YOU UTILIZE ALL REMAINING JUICES, AS TO AVOID RIBS GETTING DRY IN REFRIGERATOR***
