Original recipe makes 4 Servings
4 Salmon fillets; , skin removed & thawed
1/2 cupLight mayonnaise
1 tablespoonItalian herb seasoning
1/4 cupBrown sugar
2 tablespoonSpicy brown mustard
1/4 teaspoonCurry powder
Olive oil or cooking spray

Mustard and Brown Sugar Salmon Preparation

Preheat grill and check fish for bones. Remove bones, if any.

Combine mayonnaise and seasoning; chill until ready to serve.

Combine sugar, mustard and curry powder. Coat both sides of salmon with cooking spray (wash hands). Place salmon on grill; grill 2-3 minutes without turning.

Turn salmon; then brush with mustard mixture. Close lid; grill 2-3 minutes or until flesh is opaque and separates easily. Serve herb mayonnaise over salmon.
