Sesame Chicken Salad

My absolute favorite summe chicken salad. You have to have a lot of stuff on hand but it is worth it. The sesame flavor coming from three different sources is what makes it.

Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1/4 teaspoonMinced Garlic
3 tbsTahini Paste
3 tblspoonsSesame Oil
4 tablespoonsSoy sauce
1 tbsRed Wine Vinegar
1 tbsTamari soy sauce
1 tablespoonHot oil
3/4 cupSafflower oil
2 eaChicken boneless breast; whole, cooked, cut in strips
1 poundAngel Hair pasta; cooked
1/3 cupSesame Seeds; toasted
1/4 poundSnow peas; trimmed and blanched
2 tbsSesame Seeds; toasted (for garnish)

Sesame Chicken Salad Preparation

Whisk garlic, tahini, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, tamari and hot oil together. Slowly blend in Safflower oil.

Mix with salad ingredients. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds for garnish. Chill.

Notes

Canbe served on a bed of Romaine lettuce.
