Bream cooked en pap and foil can either leave whole or remove the fillets
Pre heat oven to 220c/430f gas7 place a large piece of foil on work surface and line with baking paper just smaller than the foil place fish in centre squeeze the garlic from toe cloves on to the fish add the sprigs of rosemary wine and chilli if useing and salt fold over foil to make an envolope and seal to prevent steam escaping.Bake in pre heated oven for 10mins.
Serve with a sprinkling or parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice
New potatoes and french beans or steamed baby leeks with a cheese sauce.
If useing whole fish you may have to extend the cooking time.
