1. Rinse and pat dry trout. Season inside and out with salt and pepper. Dredge trout in flour.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over high heat untilmelted. Add trout and brown both sides. Lower heat to med and cook for five minutes on each side or until cooked thoroughly. Remove trout to serving plate and keep warm.
3. Wipe out pan and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook butter over med heatuntil it begins to brown. Add almonds and brown. Add lemon juice.
4. Pour sauce and almonds over fish and sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with lemon slices.
