1 Avacado; Ripe
4 SlicesBread; Or 2 pitas
1 Tomato; Ripe
4 SlicesVegetarian Bacon; Cooked
4 OuncesCream cheese
2 tablespoonsChives; Chopped
Boston lettuce

Vegetarian BLT with Avacado Preparation

Cook the "bacon" and lightly toast the bread. Mix chopped chives into cream cheese and spread onto bread as desired. Slice tomatoes and avacado-place on bread. Add bacon and slices of lettuce. Eat :)
