| 4 SlicesBread; Or 2 pitas |
| 1 Tomato; Ripe |
| 4 SlicesVegetarian Bacon; Cooked |
| 4 OuncesCream cheese |
| 2 tablespoonsChives; Chopped |
| Boston lettuce |
Vegetarian BLT with Avacado Preparation
Cook the "bacon" and lightly toast the bread. Mix chopped chives into cream cheese and spread onto bread as desired. Slice tomatoes and avacado-place on bread. Add bacon and slices of lettuce. Eat :)
