Original recipe makes 1 9" pie
2 Eggs
1 cGranulated sugar
8 tb(1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cSemisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cBourbon
Chocolate shavings, for
1/2 cAll-purpose flour
1/2 cWalnuts; chopped
1 tsVanilla extract
1/2 cChopped peanuts
1 9 inch unbaked deep-dish pie
Whipped cream, for garnish

Peanut Chocolate Surprise Pie Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar and butter in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and beat until well mixed. Gradually add flour, then stir in nuts, chips, bourbon and vanilla. Spread mixture evenly in unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes. Cool pie on wire rack; garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
