Taco Stuffed Pasta Shells
| 1 cFat-free mozzarella cheese |
| 1 1/2 cLow-fat tortilla chips |
| 1/2 lbGround chicken breast, |
| 24 pcsJumbo pasta shells |
| 1 cFat-free cheddar cheese |
| 1 pkTaco seasoning mix |
| 3 ozFat-free cream cheese; cubed |
| 1 cTaco sauce |
Taco Stuffed Pasta Shells Preparation
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray. Cook, pasta shells according to package directions. In a skillet, cook chicken, over medium high heat until no pink remains. Drain fat. Reduce heat to medium low. Add cream cheese and taco seasoning; simmer until cheese melts. Fill shells with meat mixture. Arrange shells in prepared pan. Pour taco sauce over each shell.
