Fruit Oat Crumble
Original recipe makes 5 Servings
| 200 gramsPlain Flour |
| 100 gramsAlmonds; Ground |
| 175 gramsBrown sugar |
| 200 gramsButter |
| couple scrapesNutmeg |
| pinch Cinnamon |
| 450 gramsApples; Peeled, cored and cut into 25mm pieces |
| 50 gramsBrown sugar |
| 1 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 1/4 teaspoonGround cloves |
Fruit Oat Crumble Preparation
1. For the crumble: Mix flour, sugar, nutmeg and almonds in a bowl. Mix in the butter using your fingertips until it resembles crumbs
2. Put fruit, sugar and cinnamon into dish and top with crumble mixture.
Cook in oven at 3650°F for approximately 40 minutes until bubbly and crisp.
Serve with cream, creme fraiche or ice-cream
