1.Combine all ingredients and seasoning into a bowl excluding the flour. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 min.
2.Wrap the mixture into the spring roll sheets and roll into neat cylinders.
3.Heat some oil in a pot and deep fry spring rolls on medium heat until golden brown. Drain and remove. (For best results, place fried spring rolls into onto paper towel to full absorb any remaining oil.)
4.Serve with dipping sauce
Note: To prepare dipping sauce, combine all ingredients and stir well.
