350 gramsGooseberries
4 LeavesFilo
2 Egg whites
50 gramsGround almonds
25 gramsFructose
50 gramSCaster sugar
50 gramsIcing sugar

Gooseberry meringue pie Preparation

Make pastry case.

Mix gooseberries with almonds and fructose.

Make meringues.

Bake pastry blind.

Add gooseberries, then cover with meringue.

Put in oven at 200 for 10/20 minutes.
