Boneless chicken feet marinated in vinegar sauce.
1.) Make sure that the chicken feet or wings are completely defrosted.
2.) Bring a pot of water to the boil (not the 2 cups of cold water) and mix in ginger slices and green onion, place chicken feet in and boil for a while. Drain water and wipe dry.
3.) Heat white vinegar.
4.) Mix in sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
5.) Remove from pan and place in large bowl.
6.) Pour in cold water.
7.) Finally when vinegar sauce is cooled put in chicken feet or wings and let marinade for 4 hours.
8.) Serve as cold dish.
