Tangy Ham Salad

Original recipe makes 1
| 1/2 tsDry mustard |
| 1 Egg; hard-cooked, chopped |
| 1 1/2 cCooked ham; diced |
| 1/2 cCelery; finely chopped |
| 1/2 cMayonnaise |
| 1 dsTabasco sauce |
| 2 Green onions with tops; |
| 2 tbPickle relish |
| 1/4 cSour cream |
| 2 tbGreen pepper; finely |
Tangy Ham Salad Preparation
Blend together all ingredients except ham and egg. Mix well. Then add ham and egg. Chill at least one hour. Makes about 2 3/4 cups *recipe doesnt say what kind of green pepper.
