Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1/2 cCheddar cheese; shredded
1 Head cauliflower
1/2 cSour cream
1 tsPrepared mustard
1 tsOnions; chopped

Tangy Mustard Cauliflower Preparation

Cook cauliflower and drain. Combine sour cream with onion and mustard. Spread on hot cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand in saucepan until cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
