Salmon Teriyaki, an Asian dish extremely popular among non-Asian community, is indeed amazingly simple to make.
Cut salmon into desired size. Rinse and drain.
In a frying pan, heat cooking oil. Sauté salmon until its color turns light pink. Turn over and sauté the other side to similar effect. This takes about 3 minutes.
Add Teriyaki sauce, rice cooking wine, and water. Stir and mix well so that the sauce texture is even, and all the fish pieces are coated well. Then cook for about 1 minute, until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle green onions over fish. Serve.
