Slow Cooker pork chops with a thick asian sauce
Combine first 9 ingrediants in a bowl and wisk until blended. Place pork chops in crockpot and pour sauce evenly over chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. If sauce seems thin, stir in corn starch to thicken an hour or so before serving. Serve over white rice and spoon sauce over top.
For a better presentation, sprinkle on some thinly sliced scallions as a garnish.
