| 1/2 cupCashews; Can also use Tahini |
| 1/4 cupTamari Sauce |
| 1/8 cupWater |
| Handful smalllSunflower Seeds |
| 1/4 tspSea Salt |
| 1/4 cupCider Vinegar |
| 2 Scallions |
| 1 clovegarlic |
| 1 eachJuice of Lemon |
| 1/4 cupNutritional Yeast |
| 2 bunchesGreen Kale |
Kale Chips 2raw.wordpress.com Preparation
Place kale in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth to get a thick consistency.
You may have to add more water.
Pour over kale and mix thoroughly with your hands to coat the kale.
You want this mixture to be really glued onto the kale.
Place kale on a teflex sheet or parchment paper on top of a mesh dehydrator screen and dehydrate until completely dry according to your dehydrator's specifications. 6 hours to overnight. Rotate kale occassionally to dry uniformly. Put kale chips in air tight container and have as a delicious, nutritious snack.
Notes
Make sure to use Green kale (not red, not dinosaur). This same mixture can be used to make great onion rings
