| 4 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless; Cut into small pieces |
| 1 cancream of broccoli soup |
| 3 tablespoonsPhiladelphia Pesto Cooking Cream |
| 1/2 cupshredded cheese |
| 1 1/2 cupsfrozen broccoli; chopped |
| 2 cupscooked long grain rice; cook rice then cover with saran wrap and let cool in refrigerator |
| 1 teaspoonminced garlic |
| Season to taste |
| Crunchy Topping |
| 1/2 cupSliced almonds |
| 1/2 cupgarlic herb crackers; crumbled fine |
| 1/4 cupplanko bread crumbs |
| 2 tablespoonsmelted margarine/butter |
Twisted Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown cut up chicken breasts in olive oil. In a large bowl mix the chicken and all the casserole mixture ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with crumble mixture and spread evenly. Pour melted butter evenly over the top of the crumble mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes.
