My absolute favorite shrimp recipe. I recommend it to everyone that love pineapple and shrimp and in the mod for sweet food. This is a recipe I adjusted after my own taste.
1. In a non-stick pan, medium fire, add olive oil, garlic, onion and green pepper. Stir 5 minutes.
2. Add entire pineapple can, brown sugar and consume de pollo (chicken bouillon).
3. Add 1/2 cup water and 1 pinch black pepper. Stir gently for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add shrimps, cover and High flame and cover for 3 minutes.
5. Combine half pack coconut powder with 1 TBS flower and 2 TBS water. Add this combination on top of shrimps.
Leave on fire for 2 more minutes.
Serve on top of white rice or coconut rice. (see my recipe for this).
