| 3 mdRipe bananas (1 1/2 cups) -- |
| 1/4 tsGround cloves |
Banana Spice Bread Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with a non-fat cooking spray. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and lite salt into a medium size bowl. Stir in oat bran; set aside. In another medium size bowl, beat together Egg Beaters, brown sugar, and liquid Butter Buds; add bananas. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Beat until just combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
