1 cBrown sugar
1/2 tsCinnamon
1/2 cShortening
1/4 tsCloves
1/4 tsBaking soda
2 Eggs
1 cbananas; Mashed, (2)
2 cFlour
2 tsBaking Powder
1/4 tsSalt

Banana Spice Cookies Preparation

Mix well shortening, sugar & eggs. Stir in bananas. Mix dry ingredients & stir in. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 375. Drop rounded Tbls. of dough 2" apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
