To be used with BBQ sauce and Dry Rub
Use 1/3 portion of Dry Rub per rack of ribs. Seal and shake. Rub in good. Wrap in foil and put in fridge for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and baste ribs in foil for 2 hours. Take out of foil and cook on grill for half hour on medium heat.
