A great sauce that you can easily add grilled shrimp or chicken to.
1. Sauté onion in butter and oil until translucent.
2. Add tomatoes and cook over medium heat until almost no liquid remains, stirring frequently, about 25 minutes.
3. Add cream, vodka and red pepper and boil until thickened to sauce consistency (2-3 min).
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour over cooked Penne Pasta.
6. Parmesan cheese optional.
