3 bananas; VERY ripe, up to 4
1 c Whole wheat flour
milk
1 Egg equivalent
1 tb Baking Powder
2 tb Sugar; or honey if bananas Are not sweet enough
1 c Wheat bran

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add enough milk to make 1.5 cups total. Add egg to bananas. Pour wet over dry ingredients and stir just until mixed.
