Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 tbMargarine or butter
2/3 Buttermilk
1/3 cRolled Oats-toasted
1/4 cWalnuts; chopped
4 tbHoney
3/4 tsGround cinnamon
1 Egg
1/4 tsGround nutmeg
FOR 11/2 LB. LOAF
1 c+ 2 Tbsp. WW flour
1/2 Mashed ripe banana
2 cBread flour
3/4 tsSalt
1 tsActive dry yeast

Banana-Nut Oatmeal Bread Preparation

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacters direction Use light setting if availible If not using a bread machine add wet ingredients first then dry. Knead, rest, knead, rise knead,rise,knead, form into loaf, rise Bake 350 for 1 hour. Eat at least one slice warm right out of the oven.
