Breakfast Sandwiches Preparation
Cook toast on griddle using lots of butter. Set aside. Fry sausage patties in skillet, flattening with spatula. Set aside. Mix eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper in separate bowl. Pour eggs onto griddle in rectangular shape. Flip to cook on both sides. Cut eggs into 8 squares. Set aside. Increase heat on griddle, dump jalapeno slices on griddle. Let sizzle a couple minutes, chopping with side of spatula as they cook. Drop a TBSP of butter on griddle. Cook till jalapenos have some brown and black bits. Remove. Spread sandwich spread on toast. Top with sausage, eggs, cheese, and jalapenos. Top with another slice of toast. Wrap sandwiches individually in aluminum foil to keep warm.
