Quick and easy twist on traditional scrambled eggs.
1. Crack eggs into a small bowl. Add milk. Whisk until the eggs and milk are smooth.
2. Put the butter in a small pan and heat it over medium heat. When the butter is melted and starts to bubble, add the egg mixture. Cook for 1 minute, then stir. Cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes more or until they are firm but still moist, stirring often. Stir in the cheese.
3. Sprinkle the eggs with the bacon bits.
This is a more sophisticated twist on the traditional scrambled egg.
