simple homemade corn muffins
- preheat oven 400
- spray muffin tins with nonstick spray
- whisk the eggs, buttermilk, honey, and butter together
- in large bowl whisk corneal, flour, baking powder, both sugars and salt till combined
- make a well in middle dry ingredients pour wet ingredients into dry and fold to combine
- fill muffin tins 3/4 full tap muffin on counter to level batter
- bake for 12-15 min
-let cool 10-15 min and remove from muffin tin
